Chocolate Frosty Protein Shake

Prep Time: 5 minutes including blending

    • 1 cup frozen strawberries

    • 1/2 frozen banana

    • 1/2 a small avocado (if it is larger use 1/4, this ingredient is crucial for the creamy consistency)

    • 2 scoops organic chocolate protein powder

    • 1 tablespoon of flax seeds

    • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

    • 1 tablespoon raw almond butter (no sugar/salt added)

    • 1 1/2 cup raw spinach

    • 1 cup skim milk

    • 1 cup water

    • 1 cup ice

  • BLEND ON HIGH!

  • After a morning workout or in the evening as a healthy sweet treat :)
