Chocolate Frosty Protein Shake
Prep Time: 5 minutes including blending

1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 a small avocado (if it is larger use 1/4, this ingredient is crucial for the creamy consistency)
2 scoops organic chocolate protein powder
1 tablespoon of flax seeds
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tablespoon raw almond butter (no sugar/salt added)
1 1/2 cup raw spinach
1 cup skim milk
1 cup water
1 cup ice
